FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar Mall of America is teaming up with the award-winning Minnesota brewery with an attitude, Surly Brewing Company, for an all-day tap takeover and a Surly Beer Reception from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, September 10.
For Surly Day, FireLake will feature rare and special issued kegs from the Surly Brewing Company’s brewery vault for an exclusive one-day-only event. To experience Surly’s beer at its best, FireLake Executive Chef Paul Lynch has created a menu of six small plates and tastes full of local Minnesota flavor that perfectly pair with each of the hand-selected, locally brewed Surly beers.
