Common Roots Catering is partnering with Able Seedhouse + Brewery to bring you Hooray for Earth! – A five course meal with beer pairings. Enjoy five courses from Common Roots Catering paired with Able’s delicious beer. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Land Stewardship Project.

Appetizer: Two Sparrows - Seared Organic Norwegian Salmon with charred spring onions and coriander creme fraiche
Salad: House Red - Mixed greens with honey-roasted rhubarb, walnuts, fennel, chèvre and honey-maple vinaigrette
Entree: Propers on Nitro - Roasted Lamb Chops with potatoes and spring vegetables, roasted garlic demi glace, chive oil
Cheese: First Light - The Lone Grazer Cheeses (Grazier’s Edge and Hansom Cab), anise seed crackers and spiced apple chutney
Dessert: BLK WLF on Nitro - Strawberry shortcake trifle with black pepper-balsamic reduction
