Theater aficionados who like to enjoy an exceptional beer or cider during a performance, Republic Seven Corners is hosting a unique presentation of the Harold Pinter one-act play “The Dumb Waiter.”
Starring University of Minnesota/Guthrie BFA Actor Training Program graduates Sam Pearson and Nate Cheeseman, “The Dumb Waiter” is a humorous and provocative story of two hit men as they wait in a basement for their next assignment.
Pearson and Cheeseman are regulars with St. Paul’s Park Square Theatre and have also performed at the Guthrie, the Minneapolis Theatre Garage and many other venues locally and nationally.
The show takes place in the Aux event space at Republic Seven Corners, starting at 12 midnight on Monday, Dec. 22 (technically Tuesday, Dec. 23 at 12:01 am, but you get the idea). Patrons are asked to arrive on Monday, Dec. 22 and have something to eat and/or drink prior to the start of the show – a receipt from Republic for at least $10 covers admission. The show is about 45 minutes long.
To reserve your seat, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. There are approximately 60 seats available and the show is expected to sell out.
