It is time for the fourth “No Firkin Way” Tuesday at the St. Paul location and Indeed Brewing Company will be supplying a Day Tripper Pale Ale firkin that will be tapped at 2:00 pm. Jordan has creatively chosen a combination of pepperoni, goat cheese, and pickled peppers to pair with this firkin.
In case you are wondering, firkin ales are fermented in wooden casks, naturally carbonated and filled with the flavor of goodness.
