DUCE (pronounced “doo-chay”): DUCE is a rich, malt-forward high gravity red ale, with a complex mouthfeel.
This year’s version of DUCE was made with an English Yeast, then aged on oak.
Look for dark fruit esters in the aroma and flavor, and bourbon and vanilla notes in the finish.
