Stout’s Executive Chef Dan Parker will be teaming up with the guys from Stillwater’s Lift Bridge Brewery to create a beer pairing menu of one-of-a-kind dishes designed for this event and each unique beer.
There will be 6 courses and 6 beers paired during the course of the dinner. The beer lineup includes:
Olive Citrus Tapenade
Rabbit Sausage Meatballs
Ono Fillet al Cartoccio
seared fennel, Meyer lemon, Italian parsley, star anise-pepper compound butter
“Tater Tot Hotdish”
fried sweet potato cakes, Madras curry béchamel, seasoned ground lamb
Trio of Cheeses
Pork Tenderloin Roulade
chestnut-mushroom duxelle, pommes gaufrette, Chestnut Hill demi glace
Espresso Chocolate Semifreddo
