Pinstripes has joined forces with the brewery to host an extraordinary dinner event pairing the cuisine of Chef Cesar Gutierrez and the flavor profiles of some of the brewery’s most popular craft beers.  Chef Gutierrez highlights the hearty and bold tastes of the winter seasons with luxurious ingredients in each course. Boom Island Brewing’s founder and brewer Kevin Welch will be on-hand to discuss the evening’s pairings and lend insight to the brewery’s history and brewing process.
